【インター校の新規入学は当面保留①】マレーシア教育省より通達(2020/3/3）
本日午後、在ペナン インター校の入学担当者より、以下の連絡が入りました。
“Dear Ms Kaori,
Just dropping you an email with regards to new Japanese families visiting and having school tours. Due to the recent covid-19 outbreak situation,
we had a directive from education ministry (MOE) in Putrajaya, KL to place on hold all new applications and would like to inform
your goodself that we are not able to do any tours for new families until further notice in order to safe guard our students and school community.”
（意訳）Covid-19蔓延の状況により、MOE（マレーシア教育省）から『新規入学は、当面不可/保留』との通達が入りました。在校生と学校コミュニティの安全のため、当面学校視察は行えない事をお伝えします。
教育省が新規入学を保留にする＝MOEからの入学許可レターが得られない＝学生ビザや保護者ビザの申請も不可という事になるので、これから移住予定の方へ大きな影響が出ます。
弊社でも3〜4月に移住を予定している日本人ファミリーが複数いらっしゃる為、今対応に追われています。
